Session Recording and Privacy Policy

At Kingdom Healers Ministry, we are committed to serving with both spiritual integrity and professional accountability. To ensure clarity, protection, and an opportunity for participants to reflect on their sessions, our standard practice is to record sessions via Zoom unless other arrangements are made in advance.

• Minors (under 18 years of age): Recording is required for the protection and accountability of all involved. A secure video link will be provided to one or both parents/guardians for review.

• Adults (18 years and older): Recordings may be provided to allow participants to revisit prophetic insights, spiritual observations, training highlights, and healing prompts for continued self-care. Adults may also choose to opt out of recording by notifying the Facilitator prior to or during the session.

We encourage participants to download recordings directly to their personal device if they wish to keep them, as recordings are not stored or archived by our ministry for extended periods of time.

Privacy and Confidentiality

We value your privacy and are committed to safeguarding your personal and spiritual information.

• All matters shared during sessions are treated with the utmost respect and confidentiality. Information will not be disclosed to third parties without your express written consent, except where required by law.

• Recordings are used solely for the participant’s benefit and are never shared publicly. For minors, recordings are shared only with parents/guardians.

• Any personal data, including names, contact details, or session content, is handled with care and safeguarded against unauthorized access or disclosure.
