WAIVER AND CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT

1. Voluntary Participation & Acknowledgment

I acknowledge that participation in services provided by Kingdom Healers Ministry, Inc. is voluntary and may involve spiritual, emotional, and personal development activities. I understand that:

These services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or legal advice.
No guarantees of specific outcomes are made.
I am solely responsible for my decisions, actions, and well-being during and after participation.

2. Waiver of Liability

In consideration of being permitted to participate in services, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, representatives, and assigns, hereby release and hold harmless Kingdom Healers Ministry, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, or causes of action, whether known or unknown, arising from or related to participation in these services.

3. Confidentiality Agreement

I acknowledge that during the course of services, sensitive, personal, or spiritual information may be shared. I agree to the following:

All information disclosed by participants shall remain confidential and not be shared outside the session without express written consent, except where disclosure is required by law.
I will not record, reproduce, or distribute any portion of the session or related materials without prior written authorization.
I understand that confidentiality does not extend to disclosures of imminent harm to self or others, abuse, or other matters required to be reported by law.

4. Use of Materials

Any training resources, ministry methodologies, or written/recorded content provided remain the property of Kingdom Healers Ministry, Inc. and are for personal or internal corporate use only.

5. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.

Ministry, Inc. are spiritual in nature and may include inner healing, deliverance, prayer, coaching, or related ministry practices.

I acknowledge that results vary by individual and are not guaranteed.
I understand these services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

I agree to take full responsibility for my participation and well-being.
